Please fill out  our contact form by clicking on the contact tab at the top of the page or by clicking  the button below. This will help us know more about your event and determine if we have your date available.

We offer a wide range of services including full service planning, month of planning and coordination packages along with in house decor rentals. You can browse our collection here.

STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE OR RENTALS TO RESERVE YOUR DATE

Once you've decided on your desired services let us know below and we will create a customized proposal and send you your contract to sign. Once received we will collect our 50% non-refundable retainer fee  on the total order amount. That's it. You're all set!

Additional Investment Information

This INVESTMENT GUIDE will help you get a visual on what your bottom line will look like when you rent from Styled By Amber Events. Co! As a specialty event rental company with a ever growing collection, it can be hard to give an answer to what your rental investment will look like. On average, our clients spend around $2000-$2500 on rentals.


Our current rental MINIMUM is $1,000 (before delivery/pickup fees) are added. 


If you already have a date and a venue, let’s chat! Fill out an inquiry form on our contact page! Don’t see something in our inventory – no worries! Send us inspiration photos or your Pinterest board and we’ll let you know if we have something in inventory that is not yet online.


There are 3 main factors that make up our pricing: 

1. Rental Rates 

2. Damage Waiver 

3. Delivery / Pick Up Services 


Rental Rates: 


Since our inventory is constantly growing, our inventory varies and pricing but a general investment guide is below. 


1. Tabletop $4-20 

2. Candle Arrangements $5-20 

3. Misc Decor $75-200



Damage Waiver 


We know that our items sometimes receive a little too much love, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% protection fee on the rental rates of your items is added to every order. This fee covers normal wear & tear on our pieces, but does not cover gross negligence – our pieces left out in the elements, children playing with markers, etc – damage, stains or missing items.

We offer 3 levels of Installation & Retrieval services: 


Delivery  &  Pick Up 

Delivery , Setup & Styling & Pick Up 

Delivery , Setup & Styling, Tear Down/Pack up & Pick Up 


Prices may vary due to distance traveled. Complete pricing and breakdown will be in your catalog.
